We're looking for people who get shit done.

As a Brand Aid marketing manager, you work across one or more client businesses - in their world 1–4 days a week, running their day-to-day marketing operations. You're the plate spinner. The person who does the work of multiples in one role - across campaigns, content, brand, digital, coordination, and everything in between.

You're not a specialist. You're a sharp, commercially minded generalist who knows when to bring a specialist in - and how to brief them properly when you do.

In any given week you could be across:

  • Campaign execution - building and scheduling emails, coordinating content, managing timelines, making sure things actually go out the door.

  • Brand and communications - managing partnerships, coordinating sponsorships, writing client communications, keeping the brand consistent across every touchpoint.

  • Content and creative - briefing designers, writing copy, updating websites, keeping social moving.

  • Digital and performance - monitoring ads, updating SEO, pulling reports that mean something, flagging what needs attention.

  • Operations and workflows - setting up systems, managing CRMs, streamlining the processes that slow marketing down.

  • Coordination and oversight - briefing specialists, managing deliverables, keeping everything connected so nothing gets dropped.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • You're a strong marketing generalist with at least 3–5 years of experience across multiple channels. You're commercially focused - you think about impact, not just output. You're proactive, organised, and you don't need hand-holding.

  • You work well independently but you're not a lone wolf - you know how to communicate, flag issues early, and keep clients feeling looked after without over-servicing.

  • You're based in Australia and available for part-time, flexible work across one or more client businesses.

WHY WORK WITH THE BRAND AID

  • Variety. You'll work across different industries, different businesses, different challenges. No two weeks look the same.

  • Flexibility. Part-time and hybrid working built into the model - not as a compromise, but by design.

  • Support. You're not on your own. Senior oversight and a network of specialists means you always have someone to lean on when the work demands it.

  • Longevity. The Brand Aid is built for long-term client relationships - which means stable, ongoing work rather than short-term contracts.
